What we collect

When you place an order through our app or website, we collect your name and phone number so we can prepare your order and contact you about pickup. If you create an account or sign in with Apple, we store your name and email to keep your order history and rewards.

Payments are processed by Square. Your card details go directly to Square and are never stored on our servers. Saved cards are held securely by Square, not by us.

If you use voice ordering, your speech is processed in real time by our AI ordering service (powered by OpenAI) solely to take your order. We do not use your voice to identify you and we do not sell or share recordings.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We only share data with the service providers needed to run ordering: Square (payments and order processing) and OpenAI (voice ordering).

Your choices

You can order as a guest without an account. To delete your account data or saved cards, or to ask any privacy question, contact us and we'll take care of it.
